Hi, I’m Riddhi, a nutrition coach, a massage therapist, a meditation guide, a reiki healer – a chaperone for anyone on the journey of seeking a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Whether the goal is to lose weight, lower your blood sugar levels, or have more energy to do the things that you enjoy, you cannot just address your diet or exercise routine. Diet, exercise, sleep, meditation and carving time for soul-nourishing activities, all play an important part. My primary focus is to help you align your mind, body and soul to help you align with the life of your dreams. And we achieve this by creating a daily plan to meet your lifestyle and by holding ourselves accountable.
