Hi, I’m Riddhi, a nutrition coach, a massage therapist, a meditation guide, a reiki healer - a chaperone for anyone on the journey of seeking a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle.
I began this journey as a young girl with my chaperone, my grandfather, a 97 year old YouTube sensation. He is popular in India for his home remedies for common illnesses and health issues.
Following his footsteps from early childhood, a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy mind and body came naturally to me. Meditation, yoga and following an Ayurvedic way of eating had been a part of our daily regimen. It wasn’t until I moved to the U.S. in my teenage years that I recognized that what was a norm for me was in fact a valuable, sought after, art and science in the western world. Naturally, I gravitated towards the field of Nutritional Science when it was time for me to pursue college.
The mind and body are not separate. What affects one, affects the other. It is as important to keep our mind in shape, as it is to keep our body. Our mind, body and soul were created to act as one.
Whether the goal is to lose weight, lower your blood sugar levels, or have more energy to do the things that you enjoy, you cannot just address your diet or exercise routine. Diet, exercise, sleep, meditation and carving time for soul-nourishing activities, all play an important part. My primary focus is to help you align your mind, body and soul to help you align with the life of your dreams. And we achieve this by creating a daily plan to meet your lifestyle and by holding ourselves accountable.
